Beckmans Collage of Design
The assignment was to select a location in Stockholm that you want to highlight. By analysing the site, create a new kind of ”room”. Add something to the place that everyone can experience, interact with.
We chose to focus on authorities in Stockholm, who decide what you can and can not do in the
public space. We were inspired by Rosa Parks. Our idea grew out of "heavy" words like segregation and reserved, which a lot of people have great respect for. Who dares to go against authority and who respects it?
This project was part of a collaboration with Amanda Arned Senneby and Isabel Leal Bergstrand
in 2012.
